Purple Resonance is inspired by the idea of a bloom that is not only visual but physical. A color that holds warmth, a form that expands, a slow rhythm that moves with the body.

The back panel is like a long note: it lingers, spreads, and does not fade immediately.

The Fabric

The back insert is made from Indonesian batik, an ancient technique in which designs emerge from the repeated gesture of hot wax applied to cotton. Every line is hand-drawn, every color the result of slow, intentional layering.

The floral motif is expansive, almost monumental. The flowers are fully open, with broad petals unfolding like fans. Elongated leaves follow a gentle, undulating movement, creating a continuous rhythm without beginning or end.

On a deep purple background, ochre, mustard, rust, and olive green appear. Warm, earthy tones that evoke pollen, the low sun, spices, and sun-warmed soil. The palette is intense, seeming to hold the light and release it slowly.

The fabric is rich and dense, with a tactile presence that invites touch.

Construction and Fit

Vintage denim frames the batik with a solid yet fluid structure, allowing the central fabric space to breathe and move. The fit is comfortable and natural, designed to follow the body through daily gestures and moments of pause.
